This project is a three-story, 128,300 sf office building built by Opus Northwest for the Federal Department of Transportation.

Completed in July 2004, the facility has achieved LEED Silver Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council, receiving a total of 35 points. The Weidt Group's work was supported in part by Xcel Energy, and additional analysis was completed for Opus to support the LEED decision making process. The energy outcomes are 47% better than code and 34% better than LEED baseline.
