Intermediate-level Mechanical Engineer
HVAC Mechanical Engineer (BS or MS) with design and/or building simulation background and a minimum of 5 years experience required. Candidates will combine background in mechanical system design or energy modeling with strong interest in sustainable design consulting, integrated building design projects, and measurement and verification of building and engineered systems performance. Position is available in the Denver, Colorado; Des Moines, Iowa; and Minnetonka, Minnesota offices.

Our Need
We are currently seeking an experienced Software Architect and Project Manager to join our innovative and creative team. We are looking for someone who has a good presence, communication skills, and business acumen. This role will serve as an Engagement Manager who can meet with current and/or prospective new customers and be able to understand their technical and business problems to help offer a better solution, and then return to the office and perform in the role of Project and Software Manager, and in many cases also utilize your Architectural and Development skills. This person needs to be personable, and be able to talk and sell their ideas to our clients. The ability to lead a project or manage an effort, however, is a basic requirement, but this is not the most significant feature of the person we’re looking for. We need someone who is able to create visions, to synthesize ideas, and create practicable software architectures, both big and small. We need someone who can bop around at 10,000 ft and dive down to 10 ft when necessary.
